With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of freshly par-boiled and freeze dried asparagus cuts and tips with a net weight of 2.25 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains 2-1/4 ounces of freeze asparagus, which is the equivalent of about 20 ounces (a pound and a quarter) if purchased at your local take-out once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried asparagus will weigh approximately 8.5 ounces of freshly cut and par-boiled asparagus when rehydrated.
