At Freeze Dry Wholesalers, we prioritize food safety and quality; therefore, we can only accept returns on unopened, shelf-stable products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food items, perishable or opened goods are not eligible for return to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage to the freeze-dried contents during transit.
Shipping the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
