With this purchase you will be getting one bulk package of diced and freshly parboiled freeze dried green bell peppers with a net weight of 2.5 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains 2-1/2 ounces of freeze dried fully cooked diced green peppers, which is the equivalent of 15 ounces (just under a pound) of cooked diced green bell peppers if purchased at your local market / restaurant for take-out once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of these diced peppers will weigh approximately 6 ounces of freshly prepared bell peppers when rehydrated. This pack is probably the equivalent of between 6 to 7 bell peppers.
