With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of freshly washed, cut and roasted freeze dried diced sweet potatoes with a net weight of 6.75 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains 6.75 ounces of freeze dried sweet potatoes that have already been slow-roasted for you, which is the equivalent of 33.75 ounces (just over 2 pounds) once rehydrated and ready for use.
