With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of freshly washed, slice and pre-blanched freeze dried yellow squash with a net weight of 1.5 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains 1-1/2 ounces of freeze dried yellow squash, which is the equivalent of 22 ounces if purchased at your local take out once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried yellow squash will weigh approximately 15 ounces of freshly prepared yellow squash when rehydrated.
