With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of freshly washed, sliced/diced/cut and blanched freeze dried stir fry vegetables with a net weight of 3.0 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains three (3) ounces of freeze dried stir fry vegetables, which is the equivalent of 30 ounces (just under 2 pounds) once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried stir fry vegetables will weigh approximately 10 ounces of freshly cut and blanched vegetables when rehydrated.
