With this product you will be purchasing TWO bulk packages, one bag of freeze dried strawberries and one bag of freeze dried chocolate fudge cake, both packaged for long term storage.
First, you’ll get one bulk package of freshly freeze dried strawberries (half and whole strawberries) with a net weight of 3.5 ounces, packaged for long term storage. That’s the equivalent of 35 ounces (just over 2 pounds) of fresh strawberries after rehydration. Each ounce of freeze dried strawberries will weigh approximately 10 ounces of fresh strawberries when rehydrated.
Second, the chocolate fudge cake is a triple layer dark chocolate cake filled and frosted with dark fudge frosting and garnished with chocolate shavings. This bag of freeze dried double chocolate cake contains a minimum three (3) full-sized slices (packed by weight, not by count) of freshly baked chocolate cake after rehydration.
