This bag contains 6.75 ounces of freeze dried uncooked carne asada, which is the equivalent of 40.5 ounces (more than 2-1/2 pounds) of freshly marinated carne asada that is ready for the grill if purchased at your local butcher shop once rehydrated and ready for use.
