This bag contains 10 ounces of freeze dried fully prepared chicken and cilantro wontons, which is the equivalent of 2-1/2 pounds (40 oz) of freshly prepared wok-steamed chicken wontons that are ready to serve if purchased at your favorite take-out restaurant once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of these freshly prepared wontons will weigh approximately 4 ounces of freshly wok’d chicken and cilantro wontons when rehydrated with water.
