This bag contains a 5-1/2 ounces of freeze dried fully prepared broccoli and beef, which is the equivalent of up to 1-3/4’s of a pound (27.5 oz) of freshly prepared wok-made broccoli beef that is ready to serve if purchased at your favorite American-Chinese take-out restaurant once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of this freshly prepared broccoli and beef will weigh approximately 5 ounces of freshly wok’d broccoli beef when rehydrated with water.
