These authentic Japanese sushi rolls were hand made one at a time for us under contract by a local Itamae (highly skilled sushi chef). Each bag contains 5.2 ounces of freeze dried fully prepared sushi, which is the equivalent of up to 1.3 pounds (20.8 oz) of freshly prepared sushi rolls that are ready to serve if purchased at your favorite sushi bar once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of this freshly prepared freeze dried sushi will weigh approximately 4 ounces of freshly prepared sushi when rehydrated with water. 

This package of California roll sushi has been freshly prepared immediately prior to being freeze dried for you, so it is perfect to take on a hike or a camping trip without the hassle, mess and waste of having to lug a cooler around with a lot of ice to try and keep your sushi cold.
