This bag contains 8 ounces of freeze dried fully prepared fried rice, which is the equivalent of up to 1.-1/4 pounds (20 oz) of freshly prepared wok-made gourmet chow mein that is ready to serve if purchased at your favorite American-Chinese take-out restaurant once rehydrated and ready for use.
