This bag contains 16 ounces of freeze dried fully prepared fried rice, which is the equivalent of 2-1/2  pounds (40 oz) of freshly prepared wok-made gourmet fried rice that is ready to serve if purchased at your favorite American-Chinese take-out restaurant once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of this freshly prepared fried rice will weigh approximately 2.5 ounces of freshly wok’d fried rice when rehydrated with water.
